Job Description:
Responsible for assisting guests at ticketing counters and entry points, handling basic guest queries, guiding visitors regarding tickets, park facilities, timings, and attractions, and ensuring a smooth entry experience. Coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve guest queries and maintain a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist guests with ticketing, entry, and basic queries.
Guide guests regarding park timings, attractions, facilities, and rules.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
Coordinate with Ticketing, Security, Operations, and other departments when required.
Ensure proper queue management at ticketing and entry areas.
Provide a welcoming and helpful experience to all guests.
Maintain professionalism and follow park service standards.
