Job Purpose:-

To welcome and assist guests with elegance, professionalism, and warmth, ensuring a world-class experience at the luxury mall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with confidence and courtesy.

• Communicate fluently in English and provide accurate information about mall facilities.

• Manage guest flow, seating, and basic inquiries smoothly.

• Handle VIP guests with special attention and discretion.

• Maintain impeccable grooming and a presentable appearance at all times.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or related field (preferred).

• Presentable, well-groomed, with fluent English communication skills..
