• Coordinate with hotels for room bookings, event setups, and managing arrangements for snacks, lunch, and dinner.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative and facility management tasks, including housekeeping and vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, food arrangements, and facility-related reports.
• Handle email communication, data entry, and basic MS Office tasks with strong computer proficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely execution of arrangements.
• Support office events, employee gatherings, and visitor management activities as required.
• Preferably be available nearby the office for quick coordination and operational support.
