Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team at Svenska Design Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in hotel front office operations and hands-on experience or working knowledge of IDS (Hotel Management Software). The role involves managing guest relations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, and delivering exceptional hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
Handle reservations, cancellations, and room allocations efficiently
Operate IDS software for booking management, billing, and guest records
Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
Handle cash, billing, and payment processing as per hotel policies
Upsell hotel services and promote in-house facilities
Ensure adherence to hotel standards, policies, and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in front office operations in a hotel
Working knowledge or hands-on experience with IDS software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.)
Presentable, professional, and well-groomed personality
