La Riviera Suites is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Front Office Executive / Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations while actively contributing to room sales, corporate business development, and guest satisfaction. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office
Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
Manage room reservations through OTAs, direct bookings, and walk-in guests.
Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Resolve guest complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily occupancy, arrival, departure, and revenue reports.
Sales & Marketing
Generate room bookings through corporate clients, travel agents, and direct sales.
Identify and approach new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
Follow up on leads and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Promote hotel services, room packages, and special offers.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Coordinate with online travel agencies (OTAs) and monitor booking performance.
Assist in planning promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in hotel front office or hospitality sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
