The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling calls, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations while providing a professional and positive first impression of the organization.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests politely
Handle incoming & outgoing calls and transfer calls to concerned departments
Manage appointment scheduling and visitor entry records
Maintain front office registers and documents
Handle basic enquiries and provide correct information
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
Receive, sort, and distribute mails & couriers
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Multitasking and time management skills
Polite, patient, and well-organized
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in front office / reception
Experience in hospital/clinic/hotel front desk is an advantage
