Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff regarding patient appointments and treatment schedules.
Handle billing, payment collection, and issue receipts.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and feedback.
Maintain daily reports and front office documentation.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle patient concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Support administrative activities as assigned by the management team.
