Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors courteously and professionally
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and messages
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-organized
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Assist in daily administrative and clerical support
Maintain basic front office supplies and inventory
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning
