Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate persons.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic info.

  • Log student inquiries into the database accurately.

  • Sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.

  •  Ensure reception area is organized and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

  • Update calendars and schedule meetings

  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream or equivalent qualification.

  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality roles.

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills, pleasing personality.

  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic internet tools.

  • Multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and a student-friendly attitude.

 

Qualification: Degree
