Job Summary:

As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in setting the tone for their stay. You’ll manage check-ins, check-outs, guest queries, and ensure that front desk operations run smoothly and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process

  • Handle reservations via phone, email, and walk-ins using hotel management software

  • Maintain accurate guest records and manage room allocations efficiently

  • Handle billing, payment processing, and prepare daily reports

  • Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest service

  • Manage front desk supplies and ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable

  • Follow standard operating procedures and uphold hotel policies

  • Maintain logs and shift handovers accurately

  • Upsell services and promote in-house offerings like food packages or meeting rooms


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in front office or guest relations in the hospitality industry

  • Proficient in using PMS (Property Management Systems) like IDS, Opera, or similar

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English mandatory; Kannada/Hindi a plus)

  • Good grooming and professional appearance

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • A problem-solver with a guest-first attitude
