Job Description
Triadx Arena is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our gaming arena. If you enjoy interacting with people, have basic computer knowledge, and are passionate about gaming and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them with gaming sessions.
Manage bookings for PS5 consoles, Gaming PCs, and Racing Simulators.
Handle billing and process cash, UPI, and card payments.
Ensure gaming systems, controllers, and accessories are clean, organized, and ready for use.
Perform basic troubleshooting of PCs, gaming consoles, and other equipment.
Prepare and serve popcorn, snacks, and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the arena.
Support customers during tournaments, events, and special gaming sessions.
Promote memberships, ongoing offers, and encourage customer reviews.
Report equipment issues and inventory shortages to the management team.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Passion for gaming is an added advantage.
