Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
Provide basic information about the company to clients and guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and client needs.
Ensure office security procedures are followed.
High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, EPABX).
