Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.

  • Provide basic information about the company to clients and guests.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and client needs.

  • Ensure office security procedures are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, EPABX).
