Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and interview candidates.

The role requires communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional manner

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them appropriately

  • Maintain visitor logs, employee logs.

  • Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is presentable at all times

  • Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings

  • Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries

  • Maintain basic office records, files, and documentation

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and scheduling

  • Support HR/admin team in onboarding activities when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field)

  • 0–1 year of experience

  • verbal and written communication skills

  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

  • Presentable, organized, and punctual


Work Details:

Location: 3rd floor, Sai Ganesh Towers, 100, Jai Hind Gandhi Rd, Chanda Naik Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081

Working Hours: 10 Am to 7 Pm
