Job Summary
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for guests and plays a critical role in creating a positive and lasting impression. The role involves managing check-ins/check-outs, handling guest queries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage room allocations, guest preferences, and special requests
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B teams for guest requirements
Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and payment collection
Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate when required
Maintain front office records, registers, and shift reports
Follow hotel SOPs, brand standards, and service etiquette
Ensure safety, security, and confidentiality of guest information
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred)
1–3 years experience in Front Office / Guest Relations (hotel background preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Telugu is an advantage)
Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge (PMS, MS Excel, email)
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
