Location: Noida Sector- 62

Notice Period: Immediate/15 Days

Responsibilities:-

  • Performs a variety of administrative duties of a complex and confidential nature.

  • Proficient in front desk, receptionist activities, telephone handling, telephone operating, front office operations, front office management, guest relations, guest handling, reception, front office, and guest relations skills.

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email

  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

  • Update calendars and schedule meetings

  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

  • Supervises clerical and other office staff as may be assigned.

  • Works on special projects as assigned by the Managing Director.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
