Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Manage phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence (emails/letters).Maintain visitor records and provide necessary information.Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office activities.Ensure the front desk area is tidy, presentable, and well-managed.Support administrative tasks and provide assistance to management as required.Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).Presentable personality with a positive attitude.Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.Benefits:
