Job Description

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and highly organized Front Office Coordinator to manage our front office operations and serve as the face of Property Odisha. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a sophisticated, welcoming first impression for high-value investors, property buyers, and corporate partners. You will bridge the gap between incoming clients and our property consultancy/sales teams, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and top-tier hospitality. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all walk-in clients, developers, investors, and property agents with a warm, professional demeanor, reflecting the corporate excellence of Property Odisha.

  • Manage the presentation and ambiance of the reception and lounge area, ensuring a clean, premium, and clutter-free environment at all times

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and general email inquiries professionally.

  • Maintain the digital client visitor log and ensure all walk-in data is accurately recorded.

  • Coordinate meeting room schedules for property presentations, developer briefing, investor briefings, and closing alignments.

  • Assist the marketing and sales teams by distributing marketing collateral, brochures, and property portfolios to walk-in prospects.

  • Provide basic administrative support, such as handling courier dispatches, organizing office supplies, and coordinating schedules for senior executives.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a front office, or client-facing role

  • Language Skills: Professional proficiency in Odia, Hindi and English is preferred.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, pleasant telephone etiquette.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic familiarity with CRM software or digital registry tools.

  • Key Traits: High emotional intelligence, sharp problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of grooming and professional presentation.
