We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our guests. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and room allocations efficiently
Manage phone calls, emails, and online booking platforms
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management for guest requirements
Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and cash handling
Resolve guest complaints promptly with a polite and solution-focused approach
Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards strictly
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred/ HM preferred
1–3 years experience in hotel front office or customer service (freshers with good communication may apply)
Good command over Hindi & English (additional languages are a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (PMS, MS Office, billing software)
Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and positive attitude
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
