Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk of our mortgage company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners—responsible for creating a positive first impression, handling calls, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to the mortgage team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and messages.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for loan officers and management.
Handle inquiries related to loan applications, documentation, and general services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Assist in data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
Support the HR or admin team with daily office operations.
Coordinate with clients for document collection or verification when required.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Ensure confidentiality of all client and company information.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (any degree).
0–2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a banking, finance, or mortgage environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
