Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Metallizing Equipment Company Private Limited to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
  • Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
  • Handle railway and air ticketing and possess basic knowledge of VISA issuance.
  • Possess basic knowledge of daily dispatch materials and coordinate with courier partners, such as DTDC, Bluedart, and Trackon.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Hemust have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
