Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized reception area at all times.
Greet and welcome clients warmly to ensure a positive first impression.
Record visitors names and contact details, and share the information with the GRE or Showroom Sales Managers.
Manage all incoming calls (International/STD/Local) and route them to the appropriate department.
Arrange and transfer calls for HODs, Directors, and employees as per requirements.
In the absence of the GRE or when she is engaged, collect client details, update the CRM, and assign a sales representative for further follow-up.
Ensure courteous and prompt assistance to government or law enforcement officials visiting the premises and inform the concerned department without delay.
Arrange WeFast/Borzo bookings for samples or couriers based on sales team requirements.
Regularly update and maintain various Excel sheets and trackers, including new enquiries, courier records, WeFast, speed post, registered AD, PODs, visitor logs, and extension/mobile lists.
Receive inward couriers and ensure timely handover to the respective department through the office boy.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 2 to 6 years in front office, reception management, or administrative support roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling calls, visitor management, and administrative coordination
