Lakshmi Infra is seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Executive & Admin to join our team at the corporate office. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors courteously and guide them appropriately.
Manage the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages, and route them to the appropriate person.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and postal services.
Manage office supplies and stationery inventory, placing orders when necessary.
Handle maintenance of office equipment and coordinate with service providers.
Coordinate housekeeping, pantry, and general office cleanliness.
Assist HR/Accounts in handling basic documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Support organising company events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
Oversee the functioning of front office equipment like telephones, printers, etc.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and AMC services.
Assist various departments with administrative tasks when required.
Handle petty cash and basic administrative expenses if assigned.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
