Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
Maintain visitor records and provide directions/information
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing appointments
Keep reception area clean, organized, and presentable
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document handling
Coordinate with other departments as needed

Qualification:
Minimum: High school/diploma (degree preferred)
Prior experience as receptionist or in customer service is an added advantage
