Job Description

We are hiring a Front Desk cum Office Executive for our PAN Card branch. The ideal candidate should be a smart, multi-tasking individual with strong computer skills and the ability to handle both client interaction and document processing efficiently. The role involves attending to walk-in customers at the front desk, managing phone calls, assisting clients with PAN card form filling, generating acknowledgment slips, and handling document collection and verification. The candidate should be able to maintain proper records—both digital and physical—and support the overall day-to-day operations of the office. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and smartly are essential. Basic knowledge of PAN card application procedures is a plus, though training will be provided if needed. Minimum qualification required is 12th pass or graduate in any stream. Freshers with the right skills are welcome to apply. The position offers a friendly work environment with opportunities to grow. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
