Guest Relations:

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

  • Ensure guest preferences and feedback are recorded and addressed.

Operational Tasks:

  • Manage reservations and room assignments.

  • Operate hotel management software for guest profiles, billing, and bookings.

  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between guests and other departments.

  • Share necessary updates with the team to ensure seamless operations.

  • Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
