We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role involves managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting rooms.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary.
Coordinate with internal staff to manage front-desk operations smoothly.
Assist HR/admin with onboarding and documentation support.
Ensure compliance with all office protocols and security procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Customer service orientation.
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).
Experience with visitor management systems or CRM tools.
