Job Description

Job Title: Front Office Executive/ Receptionist

Department: Administration / Reception

Location: AQUATICA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests/clients in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.

  • Coordinate room bookings and ensure cleanliness and readiness.

  • Assist in administrative tasks like printing, filing, and data entry.

  • Manage office supplies and inform relevant departments of any shortages.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when needed.

  • Handle basic queries and provide accurate information to clients/visitors.

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.


Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 years in a similar role.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality.

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

  • Good command over English and regional language.

  • Customer service mindset.

  • Punctual and reliable.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.

  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, fax, scanner, etc.).
