Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.

  • Handle incoming calls, route them to the concerned department, and take accurate messages.

  • Maintain visitor records, client walk-in details, and update databases regularly.

  • Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, couriers, and letters.

  • Provide basic information about DS Max projects, services, and direct clients to the sales/concerned department.

  • Assist the HR/Admin team in daily clerical activities like filing, data entry, and document handling.

  • Ensure reception area is clean, presentable, and aligned with company standards.

  • Support administrative operations and coordinate with different departments when required.

  • Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
