Job Description

  • Customer Service: Warmly welcome visitors, identify the nature of their visit, and promptly connect them with the correct department (Sales, Service, or Finance).

  • Communications: Operate a multi-line phone system, route calls, take messages, and manage general dealership email inquiries.

  • Scheduling: Book and confirm service appointments, coordinating with the maintenance and repair bays to optimize the daily schedule.

  • Cashiering: Process customer payments (cash, checks, and cards) for parts and service, issue receipts, and balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain visitor logs, organize filing systems, type memos, and assist staff with data entry or document management
