We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Digitrand Power & Energy Private Limited to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12500 - ₹17500 and growth opportunities.
Front Office Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors to the appropriate person. Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Telecommunication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Telecalling & Sales: Make outbound calls to clients for lead generation, follow-ups, or to inform them about services.
Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, maintain logs, and manage mail/couriers.
Information Management: Provide basic and accurate information in person and over the phone.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role isGraduateand3 - 5 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
