We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations in a hospitality or aviation environment. The candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in/check-out process and providing outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, visitors, or passengers with warmth and professionalism.

  • Handle check-in/check-out procedures smoothly and efficiently.

  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room/seat allocations using relevant software (e.g., PMS for hotels, DCS for airlines).

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries regarding services, bookings, or general information.

  • Maintain records of guests, clients, or passengers and process necessary documentation.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, security, and other departments for smooth operations.

  • Handle guest complaints or issues with a calm and solution-oriented approach.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.

  • Perform daily reports, shift handovers, and cash handling if required.

  • Uphold service standards and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
