We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and ensure a positive experience for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a friendly approach.
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude
Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the concerned department
Maintain visitor logs, attendance, and front office records
Manage courier receiving and dispatch
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference rooms
Handle basic administrative tasks like photocopying, filing, and email communication
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Provide support to HR/Admin team when required
Any graduate
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu) — as applicable
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
Presentable, polite, and professional behaviour
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
As per industry standards (0–2 years experience)
9am to 6pm
