Job Summary:
Breeze Rehab is seeking a well-organized and courteous Front Office Executive to be the face of our rehabilitation center. The ideal candidate will handle patient interactions, manage front-desk operations, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors professionally
Manage phone calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments for therapy sessions
Maintain patient records, intake forms, and daily registers
Coordinate with therapists and administrative staff for smooth operations
Handle billing and payment tracking (basic accounting preferred)
Ensure cleanliness and order at the reception area
Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines strictly
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Any stream)
Prior experience in a front office or customer-facing role (Healthcare preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
Polite, patient-friendly, and professional attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email handling)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
