Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and organized Front Office Assistant to manage daily front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and assist visitors and guests.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Manage emails, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate with different departments for administrative tasks.
Ensure the reception and front office area remain organized.
Support day-to-day office operations as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.
Prior experience in front office, reception, or administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
