Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, provide administrative support, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors, clients, and staff.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk

  • Update calendars and schedule meetings when necessary

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning

  • Provide general support to visitors and staff

  • Handle inquiries and resolve or escalate complaints when necessary

  • Manage front office supplies and keep inventory updated
