Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive will manage front desk operations at the automobile showroom or service center. The role focuses on greeting customers, handling inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and supporting administrative coordination to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and visitors at the showroom/service center.
Handle phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Schedule vehicle service appointments and maintain records.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support.
Maintain visitor logs and basic front office documentation.
Reports to- General Manager
Qualification:Any Graduate
