About the Role:
Hotel Krinn, Unit of KR Inn Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and honest Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality, exceptional communication skills, and a guest-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee front desk staff and daily operations
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism
Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and management teams
Maintain records and ensure excellent customer service standards
Train and supervise front office team
Candidate Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front office operations
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Hands-on knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems)
✅ Honest, courteous, and service-oriented personality
✅ Bachelor's/diploma in hospitality preferred
