Role Overview:
We are seeking a well-presented, well groomed ,professional, and approachable Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the reception area, office premises, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, coordinating office operations, and providing efficient administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner ensuring security protocols are followed.
· Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and respond to emails professionally.
· Greet visitors, answer questions, and address concerns courteously.
· Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently.
· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
· Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
· Manage a multi-line phone system: answer, screen, and direct calls promptly and professionally.
· Manage room bookings, ensure cleanliness and availability of facilities.
· Provide general administrative and clerical support such as filing, record keeping, data entry.
· Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain office hygiene and safety standards.
· Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
· Ensure front desk area and office area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all necessary stationery/materials.
· Assist in organizing internal meetings, office events, and travel arrangements as needed.
Requirements & Skills:
· Bachelors degree / Diploma in Administration or equivalent preferred.
· Well-groomed, professional appearance with a pleasant personality and positive attitude is must
· 1-6 years, Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, Hindi and Telugu
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
· Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment and technology.
· Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability with flexibility.
Working days and dress code:
· Minimum 9 hours login in a day (Rotational).
· 1 day week off.
· Formal attires only
