We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25,000 to 30,000 and growth opportunities.
Skills & Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.
● Supervise office boys and ensure task completion.
● Manage petty cash and vouchers, ensuring timely collection and review.
● Oversee office supplies, housekeeping, and client refreshments.
● Prepare and update the attendance sheet for office boys
● Maintain regular coordination with Admin on administrative tasks.
● Ensure all showroom facilities are in working condition.
● Ensure the cleaning of the showroom is done regularly.
● Obtain quotations from vendors to optimize costs.
