We are hiring a Patient Experience Executive for a premium Hair & Skin Care Clinic in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming patients, handling appointments, coordinating with doctors, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients professionally.
Manage appointments and patient registrations.
Handle follow-up calls and patient queries.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
Maintain patient records and appointment schedules.
Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Encourage patient feedback and referrals.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Patient Care.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Pleasant personality with excellent customer handling skills.
