Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information in person, via phone, or email.
Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professional appearance.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor needs.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th Pass (as per company requirement).
