  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and maintain admission records

  • Perform daily data entry and maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets

  • Coordinate with faculty and admin teams to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Provide administrative support for scheduling and centre management
