We are looking for a Front Office Executive to manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, attend guest queries, and ensure a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests professionally.

Manage check-in and check-out procedures.

Handle phone calls, bookings, and guest inquiries.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.

Maintain guest records and billing details.

Resolve guest concerns promptly.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
