Responsibilities:-
-Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a positive and courteous attitude.
-Manage incoming calls, transfer to departments, take messages, and respond to basic queries.
-Maintain and update the front desk log, appointments, and visitor records.
-Handle basic administrative duties: photocopying, scanning, document filing, data entry.
-Assist in coordinating office communication and scheduling meetings.
-Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support other teams with clerical tasks as required.
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
