We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Samyakth Leasing Service Llp to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
Manage reservations, billing, payments, and guest records in the PMS system
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance teams
Maintain front desk operations, cash handling, and shift reports
Follow hotel SOPs, safety, grooming, and service standards
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/IDS preferred)
Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts
Professional appearance and positive attitude
English, Hindi, and regional language skills preferred
