We are seeking a highly responsible and dynamic Centre Manager to oversee the overall operations of our centre. The ideal candidate will be accountable for client relationship management, staff supervision, operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of service quality. Key Responsibilities

Client Handling & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for all clients

Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism

Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Call Handling & Communication

Supervise incoming and outgoing calls

Ensure timely response to client queries via phone, email, or in-person

Maintain professional communication standards

Staff Management & Team Leadership

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service

Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance

Conduct regular team meetings to align on goal
