Job Description: The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, offering excellent customer service while managing daily administrative tasks. This role requires a professional, personable, and efficient individual to maintain smooth operations at the front desk, ensuring that all office procedures run efficiently and that clients and visitors receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

·         Handle visitor check-ins, and notify relevant staff members of their arrival.

·         Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.

·         Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

·         Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry, document preparation, and mail handling.

·         Manage the main office phone line, screening and directing calls to the appropriate department or individual.

·         Maintain a log of visitor details and appointments for record-keeping.

·         Ensure clients and visitors are comfortable while waiting and attend to their needs.

·         Coordinate with security to ensure guest access and compliance with building policies.

·         Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.

·         Monitor the condition of office equipment and report maintenance issues to the relevant department.

Skills:

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
