Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, articulate, and empathetic professional to manage our front desk operations. You will be the face of our clinic, responsible for ensuring smooth patient flow, maintaining high standards of administrative accuracy, and creating a positive, comforting experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Reception: Warmly greet patients, manage check-in/check-out processes, and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring the daily schedule is balanced and efficient.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing clear information regarding clinic services, doctor availability, and basic post-procedural care instructions.
Database & Records: Maintain electronic patient records, ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance), and update patient information in our management system.
Billing & Payments: Manage billing processes, collect payments, and provide accurate invoices/receipts for all clinical services.
Environment Oversight: Monitor the waiting area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Coordination: Collaborate effectively with Dr. Ashish Chauhan, Dr. Anamika Jain, Dr. Sukhbir Singh, and the clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions between reception and treatment rooms.
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in a medical office, dental clinic, or high-end hospitality setting is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM/Clinic Management software.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
