Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist – Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations for our real estate company. The candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, property buyers, investors, and visitors, ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting sales and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome walk-in clients, investors, and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and website leads.
Schedule client meetings, property site visits, and sales appointments.
Maintain visitor logs, inquiry records, and front office documentation.
Coordinate with Sales Managers, CRM Team, and Channel Partners.
Update and manage customer data in CRM software.
Provide basic information regarding residential and commercial projects.
Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain lead records.
Manage reception area, meeting rooms, and office hospitality.
Handle courier management, correspondence, and office administration.
Prepare daily reports, lead reports, and visitor MIS reports.
Maintain project brochures, inventory sheets, and marketing materials.

Experience in Real Estate, Property Consulting, Construction, or Hospitality will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
