Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Reception Management

 Attend and manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.

 Welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and guests and guide them appropriately.

 Maintain visitor records and reception registers.

 Handle courier dispatches, incoming mail, and office correspondence.

 Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

 Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.

Travel Management

 Arrange domestic and international travel bookings, including air tickets, train tickets,

hotel accommodations, and local transportation.

 Coordinate travel itineraries for employees, senior management, and guests.

 Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors.

 Maintain travel records, booking confirmations, and travel expense documentation.

 Ensure cost-effective travel planning while adhering to company policies.

 Handle last-minute travel changes and emergency travel requirements.
